Shipping policy
Order Eligibility:
- Orders above £50 are eligible for FREE Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.
- For orders below £50, a delivery charge of £3.50 will be applied.
Delivery Timeframe:
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
- Our shipping method is provided by Royal Mail.
- Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping Days:
- All orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
- We do not process or ship orders on bank holidays.
International Shipping:
- Unfortunately, we currently only offer shipping within the United Kingdom.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
- If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.
